This position offers a flexible, remote work setting, allowing you to create a balanced work-life environment while connecting with clients primarily through teletherapy. While the majority of your work will adhere to regular business hours, occasional evening and weekend hours may be required for special events, community outreach activities, and program initiatives.

• Conduct thorough and individualized assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, guiding effective treatment plans.
• Deliver both individual and group counseling using evidence-based therapeutic methods including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.
• Design and implement personalized service plans that align with clients' goals, engaging them actively in the therapeutic process.
• Advocate vigorously for clients' rights, helping them access necessary resources and support while addressing social justice issues.
• Take part in program development activities, including needs assessments, evaluations, and grant reporting to enhance our service delivery.
• Collaborate with community organizations, healthcare providers, government agencies, and volunteers to improve resource availability for clients.
• Engage in regular team meetings and training sessions, as well as participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness about mental health resources.

Your work will involve serving a diverse range of clients, including individuals experiencing mental health challenges, families in crisis, and marginalized groups facing systemic disparities. You will play a pivotal role in providing them with the tools and support they need to navigate their circumstances and achieve positive outcomes.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong knowledge of social justice principles, advocacy strategies, and community resources that can benefit clients.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and empathetic skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.

• Previous experience working in a nonprofit setting or with mental health populations is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care practices and evidence-based therapy techniques.
