• Establish and nurture trusting relationships with patients, creating a safe and supportive environment for therapy.

• Lead therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, and groups, utilizing evidence-based techniques to foster emotional growth and recovery.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at San Jacinto Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing various mental health challenges. You will address a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance abuse. Your therapeutic approach will empower patients to navigate their emotions and develop healthier coping strategies for everyday life.

• Current and valid LMFT license in the state of California.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Specialized training in addiction counseling is preferred.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices for treating mental health disorders, including co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Exceptional communication skills, effective listening abilities, and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality and ethics.

• Experience working in outpatient settings or with similar populations.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Experience with telehealth platforms and remote counseling methodologies.
• Prior involvement in community outreach programs, fostering collaborative relationships with external service providers.

The salary for the Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
