• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and identify treatment goals.

• Deliver various modalities of individual therapy, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and solution-focused therapy, among others.
• Establish therapeutic objectives, monitor progress through regular assessments, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.
• Provide teletherapy services that accommodate clients' accessibility needs, ensuring all sessions are delivered with the same level of care and attention.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation to adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous professional development to enhance skills and stay informed about the latest research and therapeutic methodologies in mental health care.

This role primarily involves working with diverse populations, including adults, adolescents, and families facing various mental health challenges such as trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and relationship issues. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, and therapists are encouraged to employ culturally competent practices to address the unique concerns of each individual.

• Must hold a current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Demonstrable skills in communication and interpersonal interactions, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance with clients.
• Ability to provide empathetic, compassionate care while maintaining a non-judgmental approach to various client issues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a diverse caseload effectively.

While we welcome applicants with varying levels of experience, we prefer candidates who have previously worked in a mental health setting, particularly in community health clinic environments. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms, along with experience in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care, is also advantageous.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and workload.
