Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify students' emotional and psychological needs, analyzing their backgrounds, challenges, and treatment objectives.
• Provide tailored therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with students' unique needs and educational goals.
• Engage collaboratively with educators and school staff to understand the holistic context of each student and develop strategies that support their educational journey.
• Facilitate workshops and supportive groups focusing on coping strategies, social skills, and emotional regulation for students.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in all aspects of client interactions.
• Commit to ongoing professional development, attending relevant training sessions and workshops to stay abreast of best practices in school-based mental health.
• Build strong therapeutic relationships with students and families, promoting trust and openness essential for effective therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus performance-based bonuses. Additional benefits include:
