Job Title: Junior Architectural Designer Location: Ship Bottom, NJ Type: Direct Hire Opportunity Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annually Hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Monday-Friday **This position is required to work in the office 5 days a week at the office in Ship Bottom, NJ. This is not a remote position.**

Junior Architectural Designer:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architectural Designer to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to gain valuable hands-on experience in residential and multifamily design while collaborating with experienced industry professionals.

Junior Architectural Designer Job Duties:

  • Assist with creating architectural drawings, plans, and models using Revit
  • Support senior designers in the preparation of construction documents
  • Contribute to design development for residential and multifamily projects
  • Revise drawings based on feedback from internal teams and consultants
  • Conduct basic code research and zoning reviews
  • Maintain and organize project files, documents, and records
  • Participate in project and team meetings
  • Assist with coordination between consultants and internal departments

Junior Architectural Designer Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience (internships welcome)
  • Exposure to residential or single-family design projects preferred
  • Proficiency in Revit is desired, but company can train
  • Basic knowledge of construction documents and architectural plans
  • Strong attention to detail with a willingness to learn and grow
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team environment
