A Remote Reservation Agent is a customer service professional who assists clients with booking reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, or other services. They work from home using phone, email, or chat to provide information, process bookings, and resolve issues. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for this role. Many companies provide training, and some positions may require prior experience in customer service or reservations.
A typical day as a Remote Reservation Agent involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to emails or chat inquiries, and managing reservations or bookings for customers. Agents spend much of their time assisting clients with new bookings, changes, or cancellations, and addressing questions about availability, policies, or pricing. Showami is a service that licensed real estate agents use to earn money by assisting with buyer and rental showings, light inspection reports, Open Houses and other real estate tasks. We are seeking licensed real estate agents in Silver Spring and surrounding areas to assist with various real estate tasks.
Requirements:
You must be a currently licensed real estate agent ( We can help you get licensed )
You must have access to the MLS
You must have experience showing homes in the Silver Spring area.
You must be able to show homes using an electronic lockbox
Agents will be paid an average of $34 or more per task with the opportunity to receive a tip for a job well done. Often times there are several homes shown to a single client. You will be paid for each home shown.
