In this role, you will engage in a wide variety of fulfilling tasks that are integral to supporting our clients' mental health needs:

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of individuals to develop tailored treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to align with each client’s unique mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations, which is essential for effective communication and legal protection.
• Collaborate with a robust team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals, to ensure coordinated, holistic care for each patient.
• Participate in case consultations and professional development meetings to enhance the quality of care and stay updated on the latest trends in mental health treatment.
• Educate and empower clients and their families about mental health issues, providing resources and support to foster understanding and recovery.
• Continuously improve your clinical practice by integrating current research and developments in mental health into your therapeutic approach.

As an LCSW at Arrowhead Mental Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals from various backgrounds and with a wide range of mental health concerns. Your work will encompass providing support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other psychological challenges. Your ability to form meaningful connections will be key in empowering clients to navigate their mental health journeys.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your academic proficiency in the field.
• A current, valid LCSW license to practice in Texas, underscoring your professional qualifications and commitment to best practices.
• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience, especially in delivering psychotherapy services, highlighting your depth of knowledge in diverse therapeutic modalities.
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques, showcasing your ability to facilitate meaningful change for clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Experience with telehealth and remote counseling practices, as this role will primarily utilize virtual platforms for client sessions.
• Familiarity with community resources and support services available to clients and their families.
• A background in working with specific populations, such as veterans, adolescents, or the elderly, is advantageous.
