Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals and groups, utilizing our telehealth platform.
• Performing comprehensive assessments to identify clients’ emotional, social, and mental health needs, and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Providing immediate support and crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring client safety and emotional stability during challenging moments.
• Assisting clients in navigating and accessing a variety of community resources, social services, and support systems that enhance their overall quality of life.
• Maintaining precise and confidential electronic records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in adherence to relevant legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engaging in collaboration with colleagues and interdisciplinary teams to ensure that care for clients is coordinated and holistic.
• Educating clients on coping strategies, effective communication, and self-care techniques to empower them to manage their mental health proactively.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and best practices in clinical social work and teletherapy by participating in ongoing professional development and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will involve working with a diverse range of clients who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. By employing teletherapy, you will have the ability to reach individuals from various backgrounds and locations, ensuring that high-quality mental health support is accessible to those who need it most.

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience in the field of social work.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technology and platforms for effective remote service delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, specifically adapted for virtual interactions.
• A strong commitment to ethical and confidential therapeutic practices in all client interactions.
• The ability to work independently and excel in a remote teletherapy environment.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client appointments across various time zones.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with additional certifications in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or other therapeutic methodologies will be viewed favorably. Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals from marginalized communities, is also advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year. In addition to this attractive compensation, we provide:
