Job description

Position Details

BizzNEST offers a paid, one-year Career Accelerator Program for young adults ages 18 to 24. Available opportunities may include:

 General Associate
  • Pay: $17.00 per hour, non-exempt
  • Schedule: Temporary, part-time
  • Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week
  • Benefits: Professional development, career coaching, and California paid sick leave
 

General Associates build technical and professional skills while contributing to client and internal projects. They receive training, mentorship, feedback, and opportunities to develop their resumes and portfolios.

 Senior Associate
  • Pay: $20.00 per hour, non-exempt
  • Schedule: Temporary, part-time
  • Hours: 20 to 25 hours per week
  • Benefits: Professional development, career coaching, and California paid sick leave
 

Senior Associates take on additional leadership and project responsibilities. Depending on the department, they may mentor General Associates, coordinate project tasks, review work, support client communication, and help guide projects toward completion.

 Schedule

Specific schedules, workdays, department openings, and locations will depend on organizational and client needs. All positions require in-person participation at a Digital NEST center.

 Eligibility and Hiring Requirements
  • Applicants must be between 18 and 24 years old at the time required for the position.
  • Applicants must be able to meet the weekly hour requirements for their selected Associate level.
  • Applicants must be able to participate in-person at the Digital NEST center connected to the available position.
  • Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
  • Joining the BizzNEST Associate Talent Pool does not guarantee an interview or employment offer.
