Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments via telehealth to understand the needs and concerns of clients, developing individualized treatment plans based on best practices.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to suit a remote delivery framework and to meet clients where they are.
  • Maintain meticulous clinical records using secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care through virtual consultations.
  • Participate in regular case reviews and peer consultations via video conferencing, providing and receiving feedback to enhance the quality of care provided to clients.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia.
