Work Environment

This role is set in an outpatient office context that promotes collaboration and learning, with the added benefit of remote work flexibility. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive cultural assessments to understand patients' unique experiences, which will help in formulating effective treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that respect and integrate patients’ cultural and personal backgrounds, considering various factors influencing their mental health.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics to promote emotional well-being.
