• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, ensuring the development of tailored, individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions and therapeutic techniques to enhance client well-being, focusing on their specific challenges related to trauma and mental health conditions.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, in compliance with legal and ethical standards, to ensure the integrity of client information.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to provide holistic, integrated care.
• Offer education and support to clients and their families, helping them to understand treatment processes and available resources.
• Stay abreast of current developments in mental health research and practices to ensure the highest standard of care.

The individuals served at our detox center are diverse, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds, all of whom require compassionate and knowledgeable support. Our clients may be facing significant life challenges such as substance use disorders, trauma, or severe anxiety and depression. You will play a vital role in guiding them towards recovery and resilience by providing personalized treatment and compassionate care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid LCSW license to practice in the state of Tennessee is essential.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with individuals dealing with trauma and substance use.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with clients.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a capacity for critical thinking.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team of healthcare professionals.

Experience working in detox or substance abuse recovery settings is preferred. Familiarity with various treatment plans and methodologies tailored for diverse populations will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Additionally, familiarity with telehealth platforms and technologies is a plus as we strive to provide flexible treatment options.
