Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

  • Facilitate evidence-based therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings, to promote healing and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that foster a therapeutic alliance with clients.
  • Empathetic and nonjudgmental approach to client experiences, ensuring a supportive atmosphere conducive to healing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance therapeutic duties along with administrative responsibilities effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a community health clinic or similar mental health setting.
  • Proficiency in various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
