• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, including screening for major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, to design appropriate treatment plans.
• Carry a consistent caseload, managing individual, group, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing clients' unique needs and enhancing their overall well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement integrated care plans, ensuring comprehensive support across various health services.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating the ability to manage urgent situations effectively and empathetically.
• Compile and maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes, ensuring timely completion of reports to meet organizational requirements.
• Participate in regular team meetings and quality improvement committees to enhance service delivery and contribute ideas for program development.

This role focuses on assisting clients from diverse backgrounds, many of whom may be part of marginalized communities and face barriers to accessing mental health services. You will work closely with individuals experiencing acute mental health challenges, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients is essential to their treatment outcomes and overall satisfaction.

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Nevada.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably working with underrepresented populations and those with severe emotional disorders.
• Comprehensive understanding of mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with clients and team members.
• Outstanding organizational abilities and a proactive approach to managing a caseload.

Experience in community health settings is highly valued, as is familiarity with trauma-informed care practices. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
