Job description

Job Title: Estate Planning Attorney
Type: Contract โ€“ Part-Time or Full-Time
Location: Remote / Virtual (Multi-State Welcome)

About the role
Most estate planning attorneys lose 40โ€“60% of their time to non-billable workโ€”marketing, intake, scheduling, and paperwork.
In this role, you meet only with prepared, pre-qualified clients, while our team handles everything before and after the consultation so you can focus on highโ€‘value legal work.

What youโ€™ll do

  • Provide estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid/special needs planning, and business formation services.
  • Review pre-collected intake documents and conduct thorough client meetings.
  • Deliver practical, personalized legal strategies supported by a dedicated backโ€‘office team.

Why attorneys partner with us

  • No marketingโ€”ever; we handle all client acquisition, intake, and scheduling.
  • Turnkey back office that dramatically cuts nonโ€‘billable time.
  • Ready-to-engage clients who have completed intake and are prepared to move forward.
  • Flexible, remote work that fits around your existing practice and caseload.

Ideal attorney

  • Active bar license in good standing; multi-state licensure preferred.
  • 3+ years of estate planning experience, including Medicaid asset protection.
  • Comfortable managing cases independently and conducting virtual consultations.
  • Tax planning, business formation, and special needs planning experience are a plus; bilingual ability is valued.

How to apply
Submit your resume and a brief note with your state bar licensure(s) and practice focus. Qualified candidates will be contacted for a confidential conversation.
