Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to support leadership hiring initiatives across the organization. This role focuses on sourcing, interviewing, and placing Director- and Vice President-level candidates while partnering closely with senior leadership to meet strategic talent needs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for Director and VP-level roles from both internal and external talent sources
Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand business needs and define candidate profiles
Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill roles
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organizational objectives
Present and recommend top candidates to leadership
Manage offer process, including negotiation and, when applicable, relocation coordination
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Stay current on compensation trends, benefits, and HR policies to inform hiring decisions
Support and mentor other recruiters on sourcing strategies, campaigns, and talent attraction efforts
Contribute to the development and optimization of enterprise talent acquisition strategies, processes, and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
7+ years of recruiting experience in staffing or corporate HR
Proven experience recruiting for senior leadership roles (Director and VP level)
Strong experience creating robust, executive-level, recruitment and sourcing strategies
Strong experience acting as a Talent Advisor to executive-level hiring managers and stakeholders
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Workday ATS
Corporate recruiting experience within a large organization
Healthcare or insurance industry experience
Executive search experience
SPHR certification or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies that produce diverse candidate slates
Experience leading or supporting recruiting teams and talent acquisition initiatives
Project management experience, including process improvement initiatives
Strong business acumen and ability to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals
Experience partnering with senior leaders and executives throughout the hiring process
Negotiation skills, including vendor management experience
Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and HR systems
Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight stays as needed
