Job Summary
This Remote LCSW position gives licensed clinical social workers the opportunity to provide therapy services from a virtual setting while serving clients throughout Florida. You will hold structured therapy sessions, help clients work through personal and mental health concerns, maintain treatment records, and provide care that is consistent, ethical, and clinically grounded.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver teletherapy sessions for clients through a secure online platform
  • Conduct clinical intakes and assess client history, symptoms, needs, and goals
  • Provide ongoing therapy using appropriate clinical methods and interventions
  • Create clear treatment plans and update them based on client progress
  • Document sessions, clinical impressions, interventions, and follow-up needs
  • Recognize when clients may need crisis support, referrals, or a higher level of care
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, Florida practice standards, and company policies
