JOB SUMMARY: 

The Marketing Production Manager is responsible for the planning, production, organization of visual marketing assets and the execution of marketing initiatives that support the company's brand, sales objectives, and business growth. This role oversees the creation and distribution of visual marketing assets across digital and print channels while ensuring brand consistency, project timelines, and high-quality execution. The Marketing Production Manager leads the design and production arm of the marketing department, coordinating graphic communications among internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners to deliver effective marketing campaigns, and represents The DIR Family of Companies at regional events and tradeshows on the East Coast. 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

TECHNICAL SKILLS  

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)  
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) 
  • Email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)  
  • WordPress or other CMS platforms  
  • Basic video editing experience preferred  
  • Project management software (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar) 
  • Strong graphic design and visual communication skills  

Graphic Design & Creative Production  

  • Design and produce marketing collateral including brochures, sell sheets, case studies, presentations, advertisements, signage, trade show materials, and promotional items. 
  • Create digital assets for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.  
  • Develop graphics for internal communications, recruiting initiatives, and corporate events.  
  • Ensure all creative materials adhere to established brand guidelines and visual standards. 
  • Prepare artwork for production and coordinate with vendors to ensure quality and timely delivery.  

Marketing Asset Management 

  • Manage photography, video, and multimedia assets for marketing campaigns.  
  • Maintain and organize the company's digital asset management (DAM) library, including photos, logos, videos, templates, presentations, and marketing collateral. 
  • Manage inventory of printed marketing materials, promotional products, and branded merchandise.  
  • Coordinate updates and distribution of sales materials across multiple company locations.  
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to develop new marketing resources that support revenue growth.  

Email Marketing  

  • Build, schedule, and deploy email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms.  
  • Design responsive email templates that align with brand standards.  
  • Develop customer newsletters, announcements, product launches, event invitations, and promotional campaigns.   
  • Maintain audience segmentation and distribution lists.   
  • Monitor campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement metrics. 
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.  
  • Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM and email marketing best practices. Event Management

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing production, creative services, or graphic design.  
  • Experience managing multiple marketing projects in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Experience supporting B2B organizations, industrial services, construction, logistics, manufacturing, or engineering industries is preferred. 

Success in this role will be measured by:  

  • On-time delivery of marketing projects - Brand consistency across all marketing materials  
  • Accuracy and organization of marketing asset libraries  
  • Growth in email campaign engagement and performance  

Education

  • Education BA or BFA in, Graphic Design, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
