As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions via video chat to assist clients in improving their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Facilitating discussions that encourage clients to express their feelings and experiences, fostering insight into themselves and their relationships.
• Acting as an advocate for clients by helping them define their mental health goals, empowering them on their path to recovery.
• Assessing clients’ mental health conditions and creating comprehensive treatment plans that draw upon your clinical expertise while employing a solution-focused approach.

Your clients will predominantly consist of stable adults requiring support for low-acuity mental health issues, which allows you to engage deeply without the complexities that come with severe mental illnesses. Clients are carefully screened to ensure they fit this profile, and our matching process considers your specialties and demographic preferences, connecting you with individuals who will benefit most from your expertise.

To be considered for this prestigious role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A completed Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Full licensure to practice independently without supervision as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: Limited/provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as a naturally empathetic disposition.
• Proficiency in using computer software and telehealth platforms to deliver care effectively.

While all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with experience in working with adult populations, knowledge of teletherapy practices, and a demonstrated ability to engage clients in meaningful ways through remote platforms.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 – 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition, you will receive:
