A private firm owned by a group controlling $6 billion in assets, with a 15-year tenure in technology and real estate development, Prime provides customers with ownership options and dynamic leasing models, defining a true corporate partnership.
About the role
The Global CMMS Manager owns and standardizes Prime Data Centers' Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) across its global portfolio. This role is responsible for developing maintenance standards, managing asset data, driving system adoption, and delivering operational reporting that improves reliability, compliance, and maintenance performance across all data center campuses. The position partners closely with Critical Operations, Construction, Procurement, and Facilities teams throughout North America and Europe.
What you'll do
  • Own the global CMMS platform, including configuration, governance, user administration, system enhancements, and vendor management.
  • Develop and maintain standardized asset hierarchies, equipment taxonomies, preventive maintenance (PM) libraries, and maintenance workflows across all sites.
  • Lead CMMS implementation for new data center campuses, including asset onboarding, commissioning documentation, and PM program development.
  • Establish and monitor global maintenance KPIs, including PM compliance, work order performance, MTBF, MTTR, and asset reliability.
  • Develop executive dashboards and portfolio-wide reporting to support operational performance and capital planning.
  • Ensure maintenance programs comply with OEM recommendations, NFPA, NEC, NETA, and internal operational standards.
  • Partner with Facilities, Construction, Procurement, and Engineering teams to improve maintenance processes, spare parts management, and data quality.
  • Deliver CMMS training, support site administrators, and drive adoption across global operations.
  • Support customer audits, regulatory inspections, and operational reviews through accurate maintenance documentation.
  • Travel approximately 25-35% to support site implementations, audits, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
  • 7+ years of experience in data center, mission-critical, or industrial maintenance operations.
  • 3+ years administering enterprise CMMS platforms (IBM Maximo, ServiceMax, UpKeep, or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure, including power distribution, UPS, generators, cooling systems, and fire protection.
  • Experience developing enterprise maintenance programs across multiple locations.
  • Advanced reporting and analytics skills using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to influence stakeholders globally.

Preferred
  • Experience supporting hyperscale or colocation data centers.
  • International operations experience across North America and Europe.
  • Knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, NETA, and maintenance compliance standards.
  • Experience integrating CMMS with BMS, DCIM, or IoT platforms.
  • CMRP, Uptime Institute, or similar industry certification.
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical discipline.

Benefits
  • Competitive salary range of $100k for 3-years and $150k for 7-years of experience along with an annual performance bonus program
  • A dollar-for-dollar 401k match up to a 4% employer match that is fully vested upon enrollment
  • 100% employee premiums paid by employer for medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability
  • Over 4-weeks of Paid Time Off + Sick time

Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
