This position, situated in a remote work environment, emphasizes flexibility with available scheduling options including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts during weekdays from 8 AM to 7 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalized psychotherapy and counseling to individuals, couples, and families, tailored to meet their specific needs.
  • Conduct thorough interviews to gather essential social, personal, environmental, and health information, forming the basis for effective treatment plans.
  • Evaluate client needs and establish treatment protocols to address various psychological issues within your scope of practice.
  • Design and implement programs and activities that align with clients' social and emotional wellness goals.
  • Facilitate case management for cognitive, affective, and behavioral health cases; provide short-term crisis intervention and appropriate referrals to community resources as necessary.
  • Build and maintain therapeutic relationships grounded in mutual respect and trust to foster positive therapeutic outcomes.
  • Regularly assess treatment effectiveness, adjusting plans based on data-driven evaluations and client feedback.
  • Document all interactions and findings in client records according to established protocols, maintaining accurate and comprehensive case documentation.
  • Manage a caseload effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates for all active cases.
  • Be open to performing other related duties as assigned to support the team's function.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This position involves working primarily with clients facing a wide array of mental health challengesโ€”including but not limited to depression, mood disorders, substance use issues, and relationship difficulties. Our client population spans diverse cultural and demographic backgrounds, requiring an understanding and responsiveness to varied social determinants of health.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • A current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker license in the state of Arizona is mandatory.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in clinical social work or a related field is required.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous counseling experience specifically focused on behavioral health issues, including but not limited to substance use disorders, family dynamics, marital counseling, grief, and loss.
  • Experience using comprehensive assessment tools and methodologies to evaluate client needs.
  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and documentation practices.
