• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team to formulate effective treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments and recognized social work interventions, which includes developing comprehensive discharge plans for patients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with community resource leaders, representing our clinic at relevant meetings and participating in committees that aim to address the social and mental health needs of the local population.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to patients dealing with emotional and behavioral challenges, employing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities tailored to individual circumstances.
• Effectively communicate with physicians and health care professionals to relay patient progress, needs, and concerns, ensuring a unified approach to mental health care.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of clinical encounters, progress notes, and treatment updates in accordance with departmental policies and legal requirements.

Our clinic primarily serves individuals of all ages, each presenting with unique mental health challenges. The Senior LCSW will work with diverse client demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, focusing on a range of mental health issues from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and substance use disorders. The emphasis on outpatient services allows for ongoing, supportive relationships with clients, guiding them through their therapeutic journeys.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (LCSW) is mandatory; additional licensures such as LMFT or LPC are also considered valuable.
• At least three years of direct experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating success in client engagement and treatment outcomes.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with healthcare professionals and fostering trusting relationships with clients.
• Strong understanding of therapeutic theories, assessment tools, and evidence-based treatment approaches relevant to mental health.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to accurately convey clinical information and enhance treatment processes.

• Experience working with a diverse patient population, including variations in age, ethnicity, and socioeconomic status, to tailor treatment approaches effectively.
• Familiarity with telehealth services and electronic health record systems, enabling efficient patient care management.
