• Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and their families to facilitate open communication and effective therapy.
• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify client needs and establish baseline metrics for mental wellness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, and case managers, to devise integrated care plans that are tailored to individual client goals.
• Provide direct clinical services through various modalities, including individual therapy, group sessions, and crisis intervention as needed.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and maintain current knowledge of best therapeutic techniques to enhance client outcomes.
• Document all client interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and timeliness in reporting.

This role primarily focuses on clients exhibiting symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, often residing in economically disadvantaged areas. The LCSW will work to provide essential mental health support that empowers clients through crisis management strategies, therapeutic interventions, and community resources, making a direct impact on their lives.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work (BSW) or a related discipline is required; a Master's Degree (MSW) is preferred.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
