Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial assessments through telehealth sessions, documenting key information to create personalized treatment plans.
  • Evaluate clientsโ€™ mental, emotional, and behavioral health by utilizing a variety of assessment tools and techniques.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention strategies for diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, tailored to their unique needs.

Qualifications
  • A masterโ€™s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution, providing a strong foundation in therapeutic practice.
  • Current licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LCPC in the state of Nevada is required to ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • A passing score on the National Counselors Examination (NCE) and/or National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE), demonstrating your proficiency in counseling theories and practices.
  • Strong familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly AVATAR, to maintain accurate and timely client documentation.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all client interactions and documentation.
