Job description

Breaktime Media is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is a highly motivated individual who can work closely with marketing and additional teams across the company to establish Breaktime Media as a leader in the industry. This individual will help to scale the company's brand presence and reputation, assist the B2C side of the business through campaign support and community management, and generate leads for the B2B side of the business. They will also contribute to existing marketing efforts, as well as help develop new initiatives to evolve our department and help the company reach our goals. To be successful in this role, the marketing coordinator must be an organized and creative doer who can handle many projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Build emails and execute email marketing and transactional campaigns, as well as assist with email list management, segmentation, and optimization for campaigns and other marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate winner notifications and prize fulfillment for consumer-facing promotions and client campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms and grow the online communities for Breaktime Media, Dailybreak and Best Daily Recipes, fostering engagement and positive interactions.
  • Complete research projects to help contribute to the development of the overall marketing strategy (including events, awards, publications, etc.)
  • Perform a variety of website content updates to ensure the website is up-to-date and serving the brand well
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of Breaktime's marketing content strategy and collaborate on developing materials including case studies, infographics, etc.
  • Evaluate and monitor the performance of various marketing initiatives on an ongoing basis, including analyzing key metrics and creating reports
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the company's marketing and brand strategies
  • Assist in coordinating podcast recordings, edit podcast videos, and maintain publishing strategy
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
  • Develop knowledge and advance education regularly through workshops, research, and seminars, and share best practices, marketing ideas, and tactics with the team
  • Help coordinate marketing events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, and ordering marketing collateral
  • Assist in other company projects as needed

Skills and Qualifications

  • Extraordinary attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
