We are growing fast and seeking a high-performing Bilingual Global Registration Specialist - Cosmetic Services to join our team.
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a Global Cosmetic Regulatory Specialist to support our expanding portfolio of cosmetic clients worldwide. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and can confidently support high-demand, exclusive clients. You will play a key role in supporting regulatory submissions, developing internal SOPs, and contributing to the creation of new services that align with evolving global standards, including FDA MoCRA, Health Canada, EU/UK requirements, and U.S. state-level regulations.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Customer Communication: Communicate with international customers via phone and email
