Are you a results-driven sales leader who knows how to inspire teams, strengthen dealer partnerships, and turn strategy into measurable growth?

Lentegrity is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and develop a team of Territory Managers, drive applications and funded volume, and achieve ambitious regional production goals. This highly visible role partners closely with Credit, Funding, and Executive leadership to advance company growth, profitability, and long-term portfolio success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall sales strategy and performance of the assigned Western region of AZ, CA, CO, UT, NV, ID OR, WA.
  •      Achieve regional goals for funded volume, applications, active dealers, capture rate, and other key performance metrics.
  •      Coach, develop, and hold Territory Managers accountable for individual and territory performance.
  •      Establish clear expectations, priorities, and action plans to improve performance and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  •           Drive dealer acquisition, activation, retention, and increased production from existing dealer relationships.
  •          Monitor regional and territory-level performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas requiring additional focus.
  •           Evaluate and underwrite loan opportunities within assigned authority, applying sound credit judgment to structure loans that align with Lentegrity’s credit guidelines, risk appetite, and overall portfolio objectives.
  •           Assist Territory Managers with significant dealer opportunities, objections, escalations, and relationship challenges.
  •          Actively recruit and identify high-quality sales talent while maintaining a strong bench of potential candidates to support future growth, succession planning, and timely replacement needs.
  •          Maintain awareness of market conditions, competitive activity, and dealer feedback.
  •          Partner with Credit, Funding, and other departments to support an exceptional dealer experience and achieve company objectives.
  •          Effectively communicate and execute new programs, policies, processes, and strategic initiatives throughout the region.
  •          Provide leadership with timely updates regarding regional performance, challenges, opportunities, and expected results.
  •          Build a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, urgency, and consistent execution.

 Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in sales leadership, territory management, or business development.
  •           Automotive finance, indirect lending, dealership, or financial services experience strongly preferred.
  •      Strong understanding of consumer credit and automotive lending with the ability to analyze, structure, and underwrite loans that meet Lentegrity’s credit and portfolio objectives.
  •          Proven ability to lead, coach, motivate, and hold sales professionals accountable.
  •          Strong ability to identify, recruit, and develop high-performing sales talent.
  •        Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate performance data into actionable strategies. 
  •      Excellent communication, relationship-management, and problem-solving skills.
  •         Ability to work independently and effectively manage a geographically dispersed team.
  •        Ability and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region as needed.
