• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and create effective treatment plans tailored to their needs.
• Provide individual and group therapy utilizing evidence-based methods to foster personal growth and emotional stability.
• Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and closely monitor their progress throughout the therapeutic journey.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, offering an accessible solution for clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote counseling.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to uphold ethical standards and adhere to state regulations.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical skills and remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health treatment methodologies.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and family-related challenges. • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to exhibit empathy, professionalism, and a nonjudgmental approach to clients’ diverse experiences.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• Experience providing teletherapy services, adapting therapeutic techniques for virtual settings.
• Background in working with clients experiencing trauma, substance use disorders, or severe mental health challenges.
• Participation in continuing education training related to addiction treatment or advanced therapeutic techniques.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
