Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnosing where necessary, and evaluate each patient's mental health status, utilizing tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to tailor individualized care plans.
• Continuously monitor patient progress through evidence-based interventions and strategies, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to align with patient goals and mental health outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous treatment records and clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and striving for accuracy in every report.
• Engage with patients and their families in developing comprehensive treatment plans that address specific needs, desired outcomes, and collaborative care strategies.
• Actively coordinate referrals and serve as a pivotal link between patients and other treatment providers, fostering a network of care and support.
• Provide mentorship and educational guidance to students, interns, and other aspiring professionals in the field, enhancing the overall competence of our team.
• Participate in peer reviews and clinical collaboration sessions that promote team development and improve clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with individuals and families navigating the emotional and psychological challenges associated with cancer diagnoses. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Must hold a current and valid State License as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a community health setting and familiarity with mental health diagnoses, particularly in oncology.
• Proficient in utilizing technology for telehealth services, electronic health records, and evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to offering above-market compensation for top talent.
