We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our client's Experienced Professional hiring teams. This newly created role is focused on building high-quality pipelines for technical talent across Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, and Product. The ideal candidate brings a strong combination of corporate in-house recruiting experience, technical recruiting expertise, and the ability to partner with senior business leaders in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

  • Job Type: 6-month contract

  • Compensation: This job is expected to pay about $50-55/hr

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders from intake through offer acceptance and candidate onboarding.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Machine Learning, Product, and related technical disciplines.
  • Conduct technical recruiter screens, evaluate candidate qualifications, manage pipelines, and deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Partner with recruiting teams to coordinate interview scheduling, hiring events, offer management, candidate cultivation, and diversity recruiting initiatives while ensuring hiring goals are achieved.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics, identify opportunities for process improvements, and provide consultative guidance to hiring managers while maintaining accurate pipeline reporting.


What Gets You the Job: 

  • 6+ years of full-cycle in-house technical recruiting experience supporting enterprise organizations and partnering with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for technical roles including Data Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, and Product organizations.
  • Strong direct sourcing expertise with a proven track record of building high-quality talent pipelines and successfully filling difficult-to-source technical positions.
  • Experience working within large consulting organizations or similar enterprise environments is highly preferred (McKinsey, Deloitte, KPMG, Accenture, IBM, or comparable organizations).
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, along with strong communication, organizational, analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
