Key Responsibilities- Perform intake assessments and comprehensive psychosocial evaluations for clients, identifying their strengths and areas needing support.
- Develop individualized treatment plans that are presented to the Chemical Dependency Recovery Program (CDRP) and treatment teams for review and collaboration.
- Participate actively in clinical case conferences, providing insights and feedback to optimize treatment outcomes for clients.
- Facilitate educational workshops focusing on chemical dependency, equipping clients and their families with valuable knowledge and coping strategies.
- Deliver therapeutic counseling services, including individual and group sessions, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Provide family therapy, multi-family therapy, and significant other support as assigned, ensuring that all stakeholders are involved in the recovery process.
- Coordinate case management services, connecting clients with appropriate community resources and referrals to ensure a seamless support system.
The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals facing chemical dependency issues, along with adolescents and families affected by addiction. Our clientele comprises diverse backgrounds, including those from rural communities who may encounter unique barriers to accessing mental health care. Qualifications- A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
