Key Responsibilities

• Perform intake assessments and comprehensive psychosocial evaluations for clients, identifying their strengths and areas needing support.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are presented to the Chemical Dependency Recovery Program (CDRP) and treatment teams for review and collaboration.
• Participate actively in clinical case conferences, providing insights and feedback to optimize treatment outcomes for clients.
• Facilitate educational workshops focusing on chemical dependency, equipping clients and their families with valuable knowledge and coping strategies.
• Deliver therapeutic counseling services, including individual and group sessions, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
• Provide family therapy, multi-family therapy, and significant other support as assigned, ensuring that all stakeholders are involved in the recovery process.
• Coordinate case management services, connecting clients with appropriate community resources and referrals to ensure a seamless support system.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals facing chemical dependency issues, along with adolescents and families affected by addiction. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• A minimum of two years of relevant supervised clinical experience in addiction medicine therapy within the last five years is mandatory.
