• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client seeking outpatient services.
• Perform in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' relational dynamics, mental health status, and develop personalized treatment plans with clear, attainable goals.
• Implement family systems theory and systemic intervention techniques to address complex relationship issues and communication barriers.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during critical moments to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and their families.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with ethical and legal regulations.
• Educate clients on effective communication skills, conflict resolution, and coping mechanisms that promote emotional resilience and relational harmony.
• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to facilitate comprehensive client care.
• Engage in continued professional development by keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

This role focuses on working with a diverse patient population, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will support clients facing challenges with relationships, family dynamics, trauma, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. Your work will directly impact their ability to manage and improve their emotional experiences, promote mental wellness, and embrace fulfilling lives.

• A current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Tennessee.
• A Master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years of experience in a therapeutic role, specifically in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• A commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality in all therapeutic interactions.
• Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility in work scheduling to accommodate client sessions, offering evenings and weekends as necessary.

• Experience with outpatient therapy services and a proven track record of successful client outcomes in marriage and family therapy settings.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies specific to family systems therapy and crisis intervention techniques.
• Knowledge and experience utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively for remote client engagement.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise.
