• Conduct thorough clinical assessments of clients to identify mental health and addiction-related needs, utilizing psychological assessment tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that align with their personal recovery goals.
• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques and interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
• Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment strategies, share insights, and ensure coordinated care for clients.
• Maintain accurate, confidential electronic client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision sessions and professional development initiatives to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Our work primarily focuses on individuals facing addiction and substance use challenges, many of whom may also be experiencing co-occurring mental health disorders. Clients come from diverse backgrounds, presenting various needs related to trauma, emotional distress, and risk of self-harm. As a counselor, you will play a critical role in creating a safe, supportive environment for clients to heal and grow, facilitating their pathways to recovery.

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field from an accredited institution.
• A valid and independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.

• Prior experience in addiction therapy or working with substance use disorders is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, selected candidates will receive a sign-on bonus designed to welcome you to our team.
