• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients’ backgrounds, mental health challenges, and substance use history.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate clients’ strengths and goals while addressing trauma, anxiety, depression, and addiction recovery.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused strategies, to facilitate positive client outcomes.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring timely updates and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate effectively with a dedicated treatment team, participating in regular case consultations and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Utilize outcome measurement tools to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring the delivery of effective care.

You will work with a diverse population of clients who are typically navigating the complexities of addiction, trauma, anxiety, and depression.
