This position is fully remote, allowing you to effectively serve clients from the comfort of your own home while supporting a healthy work-life balance. As part of our team, you will operate as a critical component of our outpatient counseling services, where we focus on meeting the comprehensive behavioral health needs of our clients through scheduled appointments and teletherapy options.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to create personalized, effective treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to various client groups, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation to comply with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring proper records management for all counseling activities.
• Engage in regular collaboration with multidisciplinary teams comprised of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to provide holistic care and address the multifaceted nature of mental health.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of mental health through participation in workshops, professional seminars, and ongoing training opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on serving a diverse population of clients, including adults facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You may also work with clients dealing with substance abuse or other behavioral health disorders. Understanding the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client is crucial for building strong therapeutic relationships.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience delivering counseling services, ideally within a clinical or community health setting.
• Strong knowledge of ethical guidelines, legal regulations, and best practices in counseling techniques.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport and connect with clients of diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment, working alongside other healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and relevant healthcare software is preferred.

• Experience in specialized areas such as trauma-informed care, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing various therapeutic modalities adapted to suit client-specific needs.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your caseload and experience.
