• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand clients' mental health history, needs, and goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, facilitating discussions that empower clients to express their emotions and develop coping strategies.
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize effectiveness and promote positive outcomes.
• Partner with a dedicated treatment team, sharing insights and strategies to enhance the client experience and achieve collective goals.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and treatment plans in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying updated on the latest research, therapy techniques, and trends in mental health care.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
