Job description

Enumerate is looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, develop new business opportunities, and help customers find the right solutions for their needs. This role is ideal for someone who combines a consultative sales approach with strong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skills. 

The ideal candidate will have a hunter mentality and possess strong closing skills. This role is a perfect fit for an experienced B2B SaaS salesperson (experience in property tech or real estate is a plus!). This is a remote role with an estimated 5% travel. All candidates should be located in the United States

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and qualification through presentations, negotiation, contracting, and close.

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within both prospective and existing accounts.

  • Introduce customers to new products and services, uncovering additional applications and opportunities that deliver value.

  • Schedule and lead discovery meetings to understand account requirements and determine the best path forward.

  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product recommendations tailored to customer needs.

  • Clearly communicate the value, capabilities, and benefits of our products and services.

  • Prepare proposals and contracts and guide prospects through the decision-making process to successfully close business.

  • Identify and prioritize sales and marketing opportunities based on account qualification and potential.

  • Partner with Customer Success throughout client migrations to help ensure a smooth transition and strong customer experience.

  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Customer Success to align outreach, customer needs, and growth opportunities.

  • Maintain accurate, timely records of prospect and customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity in the CRM.

  • Mentor SDRs by sharing sales best practices, providing guidance, and supporting their professional development.

  • Consistently demonstrate and embody our "Being TOPS" values in interactions with customers, prospects, and colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working as an Account Executive in the B2B SaaS, property tech or real estate industries
  • Proficient in Salesforce
  • Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
  • Strong outbound prospecting and cold calling experience

Compensation for this role is a base + commission model. Base compensation is $85,000.
