Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling IoT-enabled water management solutions, including hardware and SaaS products, within an assigned territory. This role develops sales strategies, builds customer relationships, manages sales pipelines, and collaborates with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs while expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute territory sales and growth strategies.
  • Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers.
  • Sell IoT-enabled hardware and SaaS solutions to commercial clients.
  • Conduct customer discovery meetings to identify business needs.
  • Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and ROI-based solutions.
  • Build relationships with commercial real estate owners, property managers, engineering firms, contractors, consultants, and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with engineering, project management, and sales teams during solution design and implementation.
  • Manage customer accounts, sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM data.
  • Support customers from initial engagement through deployment and post-sale handoff.
  • Travel throughout the assigned territory to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales performance and business growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
