A Remote Real Estate Acquisition Manager is a professional responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing real estate properties for purchase, typically for investment purposes, while working remotely. They analyze market trends, negotiate purchase agreements, and collaborate with sellers, agents, and legal teams—all through digital communication tools. • Clearing Title Exceptions: Work directly with sellers, buyers, lenders, and underwriters to obtain required mark-ups, affidavits, indemnities, and payoff statements to clear title exceptions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for attorneys, commercial brokers, lenders, and internal underwriting teams across multiple geographic regions.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, Commercial Title Coordinator, or Commercial Title Examiner (Law Firm, Title Agency, or National Underwriter background preferred).
  • Core Expertise: Strong proficiency in title review, preparing proformas, calculating title bills, issuing final title policies, and managing survey reviews and escrow/closing processes.

  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with industry-standard closing software (e.g., SoftPro, Resware, Qualia, or RamQuest).
What's in It for You?
  • Competitive Compensation: Top-of-market salary + discretionary performance bonus.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Premium Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) matching.
  • Career Advancement: Direct exposure to high-profile national commercial deals with room for professional growth.
