Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to thoroughly understand clients' mental health concerns and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences.
• Provide high-quality individual therapy by utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others tailored to clients’ specific needs.
• Collaborate with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and any necessary follow-up actions in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
• Enhance your clinical skills through ongoing professional development, including workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related challenges. Your ability to empathize and provide non-judgmental support will be essential for fostering a therapeutic alliance that encourages clients to work through their difficulties and achieve meaningful change.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
• A master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for establishing trust and facilitating open conversations with clients.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of mental health issues and exhibit a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology to facilitate remote sessions and document patient interactions.
• Previous experience working with a range of mental health issues, including trauma, mood disorders, and interpersonal challenges.
