Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health concerns, using standardized tools to accurately inform treatment plans.
• Deliver individual therapy sessions tailored to each client's unique needs, employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Establish and review therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, providing ongoing feedback and adjustments to treatment as necessary.
• Incorporate teletherapy options into your practice to enhance accessibility for clients facing challenges attending in-person sessions.
• Ensure precise and timely documentation of sessions to comply with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing our electronic health record systems effectively.
• Engage in continuous education and professional development activities to refine your clinical skills and stay informed about emerging best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with RCM, you will work with a diverse population encompassing various age groups and presenting concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be instrumental in addressing how these challenges affect their daily lives and develop coping strategies tailored to their circumstances.

Qualifications

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to forge trusting therapeutic relationships with clients and their families.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting.
