The Role
As a Project Manager, you support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across strategy, creative, and media.
In this role, you operate at the center of cross-functional teams, partnering with Client Experience and internal disciplines to move work from idea to execution. You manage timelines, coordinate workflows, and support delivery-keeping projects on track, on budget, and at a high standard.
You bring structure to complexity, support collaboration across teams, and focus on the details that keep work moving forward. As you grow in the role, you build your ability to navigate ambiguity, strengthen your project management skills, and contribute to delivering high-quality work.
You Will
  • Own project execution end to end-managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and communication with precision and accountability
  • Build a strong understanding of client brands, goals, and the healthcare landscape to better support the work
  • Translate client briefs and strategic direction into clear, actionable project plans
  • Coordinate across strategy, creative, media, production, and development teams to keep work aligned and moving forward
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and milestones-proactively communicating progress and flagging risks early
  • Identify and help resolve resource, timing, or scope challenges to maintain momentum
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status trackers, and documentation
  • Monitor tasks, dependencies, and approvals to ensure deadlines are met without sacrificing quality
  • Support budget tracking, including vendor coordination, time tracking, and invoicing processes
  • Contribute to budget updates, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Uphold project management best practices, ensuring consistency and organization across all work streams
  • Maintain clear, organized documentation across briefs, assets, revisions, and communications

You Have
  • 2-4 years of project management experience, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
  • Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns and digital/web projects
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Collaborative, reliable team player
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive mindset
  • Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus, but not required
