You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with other mental health professionals, to create a safe and therapeutic setting for both clients and staff.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' history with substance abuse and mental health, ensuring accurate and effective treatment planning.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any underlying psychological conditions.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group workshops utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.
• Regularly document client progress and treatment outcomes, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Actively participate in team meetings and case reviews, contributing insights and strategies for enhancing client care.
• Provide educational resources and support to families of clients, promoting active involvement in the recovery process.

Your primary focus will be individuals struggling with substance use disorders along with co-occurring mental health issues. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and present varying levels of severity in their conditions. As a clinician, you will be responsible for assessing their unique needs and adapting your therapeutic approach to offer the most effective and empathetic care.

• A valid professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise and specialized training in addiction counseling is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices for substance abuse and related mental health disorders is crucial.
• Exceptional therapeutic and counseling skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients effectively.
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative spirit to work effectively in a team setting.

• Experience in a telehealth environment and familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is a plus.
• Previous work in substance abuse treatment settings, particularly with group facilitation and education, is desirable.

This position offers an annual salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
