Your primary focus will be on a diverse client population, including adolescents, young adults, and families dealing with varying degrees of mental health complexities. This may involve working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other behavioral health challenges, with a particular emphasis on those experiencing co-occurring disorders. Your ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust will be crucial to fostering an environment where clients feel safe to explore their personal journeys.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective counseling and collaboration with clients.

• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience providing therapeutic support to individuals with mental and behavioral health conditions, ideally including experience in substance abuse treatment and group therapy.
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of clinical frameworks and therapeutic modalities pertinent to mental health care.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
