Job description

RCM Health Care is looking for a REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)

RCM Health Care is looking for a REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT) to provide services to 1 student who resides in zip code 18045. Services will need to be in the home. We are looking for someone to start right away, providing 30-40 hours per week over the summer AND 30-40 hours per week during the 2025/2026 school year. PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO RBT WHO CAN SEE STUDENT DURING SCHOOL HOURS.

Position: School Based RBT Services

Hours: caseload building position, In Person Services

Frequency/duration: Student = 5x per week for 180 minutes per session + Indirect – 5x per week for 30 minutes + VB-MAPP F2F services of 5x per week for 120 minutes per session

Paid 30 minutes TOTAL for pre case review same week 1st session takes place, per student

Paid $30/hr direct + indirect services

Cancellations less than 4 hours notice and no shows are compensated for full session

Paid $30/hr for IEP Meeting attendance (done virtually)

Progress notes paid (quarterly) per student

Round trip mileage reimbursed at IRS federal rate

Paid $30/hr for meetings scheduled with Special Education staff

Sessions cannot be held on the weekend or during school holidays, breaks, or any other non-school day for students. Sessions must conclude by 8:00 p.m. Sessions MUST be held in person, at students home or mutual meeting location.

Requirements:

*Active RBT license

*Act 126 – Mandated Reporter Training – completed

*Act 114 FBI Fingerprinting with UEID

*Act 34 FBI Federal Criminal History Record

*Act 151PA Child Abuse History Clearance – have or willing to complete ASAP

*PA Federal Criminal History Record Information – have or willing to complete ASAP

*Past or present school based experience

*Comfortable providing services in home or mutual meeting location

*A distraction free work area to attend meetings virtually
