Terros Therapy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote position focused on school settings. This position allows for remote work while also being embedded within school facilities in Wichita, Kansas. • Act as a vital liaison between families, students, and outpatient mental health providers, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
• Engage with insurance companies to facilitate pre-certification and manage utilization, thereby improving access to necessary services for clients.
• Be actively involved in discharge and aftercare planning for clients, contributing to effective transitions and ongoing support systems.
• Provide therapeutic meal support, working to model and affirm healthy relationships with food as a key aspect of mental wellness.
• Deliver empathetic and culturally competent care that aligns with each client’s unique circumstances and diverse identities.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that focus on specific client goals and outcomes, maintaining consistent documentation and progress assessments.

In this role, you will primarily serve an array of clients within school settings, which may include children experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, or trauma. You will also provide support to families navigating complex emotional challenges. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Candidates must hold a valid LCSW license in Kansas.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and families.

• Previous experience in a school-based or educational setting.
