• Manage a caseload of clients by building rapport and establishing trust while upholding ethical boundaries.
• Conduct regular client meetings to evaluate progress, address concerns, and facilitate safe discharges when appropriate.
• Design, implement, and periodically review personalized treatment plans that are tailored to individual client needs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, ensuring compliance with telehealth regulations.
• Administer thorough intake assessments to ensure comprehensive understanding of client challenges and needs.
• Conduct weekly individual counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods.
• Engage in professional supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and career development.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans for clients.

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted LPC license, ensuring independent practice capability.
• Minimum of one year of clinical outpatient experience post-graduation is required.
• Proficiency in using technology, such as RMS systems (e.g., PIMSY), Excel spreadsheets, and email platforms.

• Experience delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, showcasing depth in therapeutic techniques.
• Competence in conducting intake assessments and formulating subsequent treatment plans.
