We are looking for high-achieving, results-oriented Remote Sales Appointment Setters who excel in a virtual environment. The phone sales role focuses on reaching out to warm leads to schedule portrait sessions. We pride ourselves on treating our clients exceptionally well, ensuring a remarkable experience from start to finish. As a telephone sales representative, your primary objective is to keep our studio's schedule fully booked.

What personal qualities and experience are we searching for?

  • Previous experience: 5 years in a SALES role WITH QUOTAS
  • CALL CENTER/telemarketing/phone sales role required
  • Be able to get excited on the phone with a WARM personality and an amazing phone voice
  • Must meet weekly sales quota
  • Excellent verbal communication with mastery of scarcity and urgency
  • Strong ATTENTION-TO-DETAIL with the ability to follow systems and procedures
  • Strong work ethic, dedicated, and time management skills
  • Organized and tech savvy
  • The ability to work independently and must be driven & competitive
  • You must be a strong sales closer
