Job description

Head of Acquisition Marketing: paid media (Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, mobile marketing), CRM and lifecycle marketing, marketing analytics and marketing automation, owned end to end. Remote (US), full-time, $8,000-$10,000 per month, at a Nevada-licensed, Las Vegas-based interactive gaming company, working with AI and APIs rather than a large team.

Real Gaming is hiring a Head of User Growth to own the full player-growth P&L: acquisition, activation, monetization, retention, win-back, referral, and high-value player preservation. The core of the job is acquiring quality users who convert and stay, not driving signup counts.

This is a growth operator role: senior, single-owner, reporting to the CEO. You set strategy, own the economics, and approve anything irreversible. The work is done with AI and APIs: AI-assisted data analysis, campaign execution, and reporting against our in-house lifecycle/CRM platform. Experience using APIs and AI, and AI with APIs for data analysis, is central to the role.

You get your own in-house growth platform with direct API access and AI operators, not a stack of SaaS logins and a team to manage. You own the budget end to end, with clear approval rails for the irreversible moves.

Full-time engagement on a 1099 contract structure, $8,000-$10,000 per month based on prior experience. The interview process includes short practical exercises, starting right away.

What you'll own:

  • The growth P&L: quality of acquired users first (paying users, retention, lifetime value by source), then cost per incremental paying user across paid, referral, organic, and reactivation
  • Lifecycle programs end to end: activation cohorts, monetization offers, recency-banded win-back, VIP at-risk saves, referral economics
  • Offer economics: every incentive priced in expected cost per incremental paying user before it ships, measured against holdouts
  • Running paid campaigns on Meta, Google, Apple Search Ads, and other channels: hashed audiences, suppression lists, server-side conversion signals, and budget shifts argued from user quality, not clicks or installs
  • Compliance-grade communications in a regulated consumer market: responsible messaging, claim hygiene, brand vocabulary
  • AI- and API-driven analysis and execution: audience sizing, offer modeling, copy drafting, and reporting, with you approving live sends, incentive spend, and budget moves

You're a fit if:

  • You've owned a consumer growth or lifecycle P&L and can show the numbers you moved, not the campaigns you ran
  • You have real experience using APIs and AI tools for data analysis and growth execution, and you argue attribution from cohorts and holdouts, not platform dashboards
  • You've personally run Meta, Google, and Apple paid campaigns and can show cohort quality, not just volume
  • You've worked in fintech or another compliance-heavy consumer vertical: lending, crypto, trading, telehealth
  • You operate with candor, own your numbers, and are comfortable being the approval gate rather than the person doing the typing

Nice to have:

  • Gaming or other regulated consumer experience (the domain specifics are learnable in the first 90 days if you have the rest)
  • Email deliverability operations: warm-up ramps, bounce and complaint gates, domain hygiene
  • Experience with AI agents or LLM tooling in a production growth workflow
