Summary of role

The TechOps Business Insights and Analytics Specialist is responsible for supporting analytics initiatives that enable data-informed decision making within the Technical Operations and Quality Organizations.

This role works closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Manufacturing and IT) to deliver insights, develop reporting solutions, and support performance improvement initiatives across manufacturing, finance and supply chain.

This position is designed for a professional who can manage assigned analytical deliverables with guidance as needed, contribute to projects, and translate data into actionable insights. The Specialist plays a key role in supporting analytics priorities and reporting needs while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and advancing technical expertise.

This is a remote or hybrid position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of analytics initiatives across Technical Operations, identifying opportunities for operational improvements, cost optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with business needs.
  • Generate actionable insights and support the creation of presentations and business cases for stakeholders.
  • Work with business and IT teams to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources, translating findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects, supporting to deliverables, timelines, and coordination across teams.
  • Assist in the development and standardization of KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks across Technical Operations and Quality.
  • Provide analytical support during budget cycles, forecasting, and operational reviews.
  • Apply and support best practices in data management, visualization, and analysis, while continuously improving technical and business knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in business analytics, finance for supply chain/manufacturing, or operations-focused roles.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SharePoint).
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, formulas); working knowledge of SQL or data modeling preferred.
  • Experience working with SAP ERP systems (S/4HANA preferred) and EDW (Data Warehouse or Lake) environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a cross-functional environment.

Other Requirements

  • Non-routine overnight travel based on business needs.
  • Site visits are required for at least one week per quarter, based on alignment with management.

The pay range for this position is between $89,000 and $148,000 annually.

Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive, and depending on the level of the role may be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award. Benefits for this position include a comprehensive health benefits package that includes medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage. Other offerings include life and disability benefits, pre-tax accounts, a 401(k) with company contribution, and a variety of other benefits.
